OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We at the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene (hereafter referred to as “BHGREGG”) are committed to the protection and security of the information collected by BHGREGG. Your privacy and trust are important to us and we want to honor that trust by advising you of what we do to manage your information. This document was written to describe what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with, including companies affiliated with BHGREGG such as The Gibraltar Group Mortgage, The Gibraltar Group Insurance Services, and The Gibraltar Group Title Services.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We collect personal information from you when interacting with us, such as when you talk to us about our services, such as buying or selling a home or other property, when you engage us to assist you with buying or selling property, when visiting our website and when ask us for information. For example, to provide our services to you, we may collect your contact information (e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.), financial information relating to a potential transaction (e.g., Social Security number, information about your income, debts, and assets), demographic information and other information we request from you that is required by law.
Regarding our website, if a visitor signs up for MyGaryGreene, we collect your email address and ask you to set up a password, which is optional, so that we can provide you the service. By registering for a Home Price Evaluation, we collect your email address, telephone number, address, and information about your property, so we can provide you with service. Disclosure of your email address, and any other volunteered information, to BHGREGG, is entirely optional and is a service available for visitors who wish to receive information from us.
As is the case when you visit most websites, your visit triggers the automatic logging of certain anonymous information about your computer systems such as the type of browser you use, the server name and your IP (Internet Protocol) address. When a web browser or email application requests a webpage or email from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called the computer’s “IP address”. This “address” does not contain any personally identifiable information.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION:
Provide Information. We use your personal information to provide brokerage and related services: contact you about the services we offer; register and service your online MyGaryGreene account and other online services; provide information that you request from us; and send you promotional materials or advertisements about our services, as well as new features and offerings.
Sharing with Service Providers. We may provide information to third-party service providers that help us provide our services to you, operate and manage our website, provide advertising for us, and others who operate our business. These service providers will have access to your personal information to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to help us provide the service.
Sharing with Other BHGREGG Companies. We have business relationships with other companies affiliated with BHGREGG, such as The Gibraltar Group Mortgage; The Gibraltar Group Insurance Services, an insurance agency providing, among other things, homeowners insurance; and Gibraltar Group Title Services, a title insurance agency. We believe you may benefit from products and services offered by these other BHGREGG companies. We may share your personal information with these companies so they can provide information to you about their products and services. The other BHGREGG companies have their privacy policies, so please consult their privacy policies for how they handle your personal information.
Your Consent. In addition to the sharing described elsewhere in this Policy, we will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of BHGREGG when we have your consent to do so.
Legal Proceedings.

- Meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- Enforce applicable Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations.
- Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
- Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of BHGREGG, our users, customers or the public as required or permitted by law.

In such a case, unless permitted otherwise by applicable law, your information would remain subject to the promises made in the applicable privacy policy unless you agree differently.
