She, also served as Chairman of the Fort Bend HAR Networking Group in 2015. Nell offers her clients a comprehensive marketing plan tailored specifically to today’s constantly evolving, more internet driven market. She includes professional resources such as photography, staging and web listings in addition to the more traditional open houses and ‘just listed’ announcements to targeted customers. Born in Louisiana, Nell made Sugar Land her home in 1992. In addition to Sugar Land communities, Nell’s market spans throughout Fort Bend County and into the greater Houston area.
After living overseas for ten years, she knows first-hand what relocation is all about. Nell is married, with two sons, two beautiful daughter in-laws and three precious grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, reading, entertaining, and traveling. She also stays active in her community as an officer of P.E.O., a philanthropic educational organization, a member of the Sweetwater County Club, two book clubs and her church.
Before becoming a Realtor, Nell, received her BS degree in Business from LSU and was a member of the Tri-Delta sorority. In addition, she was an office manager in the oil and gas industry, as well as a Relocation coordinator with an International Relocation company. Nell is someone who enjoys a job which offers personal interactions, Nell says about her career change to real estate, “I find it a true joy helping people reach their goals.”
