ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Productivity Coach to partner with our sales team to develop business plans, guide sales strategies, leverage company systems and resources, and provide the team with individual, recurring coaching and support sessions. This role requires building rapport, empowering agents to develop the necessary knowledge, systems, plan for execution, and mindset to achieve their short and long-term business goals.

The Productivity Coach will possess the foundational traits required by a successful and effective coach: positive outlook, growth mindset, solution-oriented, pragmatic, goal-oriented, and driven to help others succeed. The best candidates will thrive in a high-performance environment and be accountable to performance metrics. This role will work in lockstep with the onsite and central leadership team to execute strategies critical to the success of the company.

LOCATION

Onsite – The Woodlands, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents to assess their strengths and weaknesses, identify their business goals and work together to create customized business plans
  • Engage team members that have become disconnected or discouraged and revitalize a plan and path for their success
  • Assist agents in setting achievable sales goals and create action plans to reach those goals
  • Motivate and inspire agents to overcome challenges and stay in a pattern of consistent execution
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to agents to build systems, help them develop effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship management strategies
  • Review, analyze, provide recommendations, and hold agents accountable for improving performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to – pipeline benchmarks, conversion rates, client satisfaction, average sale price, and listing-to-sale ratios
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to track agents’ progress towards their business goals and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Support agents in building their sales presentations, listing strategies, and client interactions through role play and instructional workshops
  • Help agents enhance their prospecting and lead generation methods, by leveraging the company resources in marketing, technology, and office/central training
  • Review and provide feedback on agents’ marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and websites, to ensure they effectively showcase their services and properties
  • Help agents leverage technology tools and digital marketing platforms to enhance their online visibility and attract potential clients
  • Assist agents in identifying and targeting specific market segments or niches to enhance their competitive advantage and maximize their business growth
  • Assist agents in building and maintaining strong professional networks by embracing a comprehensive past client and center of influence system
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and group coaching sessions to educate agents on various real estate topics, market trends, and best practices
  • Support company coaching initiatives including but not limited to centralized coaching offerings, companywide accountability initiatives, and annual business planning events
  • Document all activities, coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes within our CRM, for performance evaluation and continuous improvement, maintaining flawless data management
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and legal regulations pertaining to real estate sales, and share relevant information with agents

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a successful real estate agent or broker
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. A long tenure in a relevant position(s) can offset
  • Hold a current Texas Sales Agent or Brokers License.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion to inspire and motivate others
  • Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the specific needs and goals of individual agents
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales techniques, market trends and dynamics, lead generation strategies, marketing techniques, and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to develop effective business plans, set ambitious but achievable goals, and execute strategies to achieve desired results
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CRM systems, real estate technology tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media strategies for business development purposes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, industry regulations, and legal requirements impacting real estate business growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess agent performance, draw insights from business metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies
  • Strong active listening skills that allow you to understand at a deeper level, build rapport, illicit commitment, and foster a collaborative learning environment
  • Champion the company reputation and value proposition by embracing a holistic team-minded approach toward solving problems and addressing concerns with agents
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise sound judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications focused on business building or entrepreneurship are a plus
